After learning about these processes independently, you’ll see how they affect real people in a case study about Flint, Michigan.

    In this course, you’ll meet Avery, a character living in a majority-Black neighborhood. By analyzing Avery’s story, you’ll learn about the the factors in a community that cause health issues or mitigate them, as well as the real communities these issues affect today.
